Cheese Dip
Yields 5 cups
Preparation time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 8 cups American cheese; shredded
- ΒΌ cup pickled jalapeno peppers; diced
- fresh jalapeno; diced
Directions
- In a large saucepan, bring milk to a boil and then remove from heat.
- Stir in shredded cheese and pickled jalapeno. Whisk till smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with diced fresh jalapenos.
