Cheese Dip

Yields 5 cups

Preparation time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 cups American cheese; shredded
  • ΒΌ cup pickled jalapeno peppers; diced
  • fresh jalapeno; diced

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring milk to a boil and then remove from heat.
  2. Stir in shredded cheese and pickled jalapeno. Whisk till smooth, about 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with diced fresh jalapenos.
