Butternut Squash
Ingredients ###-
- 1 large butternut squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- fresh sage (1/4 cup) more or less
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- To make the butternut squash. Preheat your oven to 425. Peel and chop into 1 inch pieces
- Transfer the butternut squash to a lightly oiled baking pan.
- Arrange garlic and sage leaves around butternut squash slices.
- Combine olive oil and melted butter. Drizzle over squah.
- Finally, sprinkle with cheese and italian seasoning, salt and pepper
- Roast 25 to 30 minutes.
