Chicken Breasts Lombardy

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 6 chicken breast
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- ¾ cup Marsala
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 chopped green onions
Directions
- Cook mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet, stirring constantly, just until tender. Remove from heat and set aside
- Pound chicken to flatten
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour. Place chicken in pan with about 6 tablespoon butter in large skillet. Cookover medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until golden. Place chicken in 9-inch baking dish.
- Mix Marsala, chicken roth, salt and pepper together and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with mushrooms, green onions and then cheese
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
