Remoulade Sauce
Yields 1 cup
Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons cornichon; finely chopped, or
- 1½ tablespoons dill relish; finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers; finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley; chopped
- ¼ teaspoon tarragon; dried, optional
- hot sauce; to taste
- salt; to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, and season to taste with salt and hot sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
