Blender Hollandaise
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolk; warm if possible
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1½ sticks butter
Directions
- Place egg yolks, Tobasco suace, salt, and lemon juice in blender. Place lid on blender.
- Heat 1 to 1½ stick butter until very hot.
- When ready, start blender on “Blend” setting.
- Uncover the hole in the blender lid and and drizzle hot butter into hole for approximately 15 seconds.
- Blend till proper thickness attained.
