Blender Hollandaise

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolk; warm if possible
  • 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1½ sticks butter

Directions

  1. Place egg yolks, Tobasco suace, salt, and lemon juice in blender. Place lid on blender.
  2. Heat 1 to 1½ stick butter until very hot.
  3. When ready, start blender on “Blend” setting.
  4. Uncover the hole in the blender lid and and drizzle hot butter into hole for approximately 15 seconds.
  5. Blend till proper thickness attained.
