Blond Brownies
Ingredients:
- 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nuts; chopped
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 13x9" pan. Melt butter, stir in sugar, cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well each time. Combine flour (if pre-sifted) baking powder and salt. Stir into sugar and mix. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Bake 25-30 minutes.
