Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 pound asparagus; trimmed
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ cup shallots; sliced
- 1½ teaspoons fresh thyme; chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil on a jelly-roll pan. Coat lightly with olive oil mist.
- Bake at 400F for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender
