Hollandaise

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice -dash hot sauce/cayenne pepper
Directions
- Heat butter, in microwave, until the butter is bubbly hot.
- Add eggs, lemon juice and dash of pepper together in a blender.
- Blend on blend speed. Add hot butter by drizzling it into the blender on low blend speed.
