Hollandaise

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice -dash hot sauce/cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Heat butter, in microwave, until the butter is bubbly hot.
  2. Add eggs, lemon juice and dash of pepper together in a blender.
  3. Blend on blend speed. Add hot butter by drizzling it into the blender on low blend speed.
