Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green grapes
  • 2 pounds red grapes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese; softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup nuts; chopped and toasted

Directions

  1. Wash grapes and thoroughly dry them. Cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the grapes into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Mix together the brown sugar and toasted nuts and then sprinkle the mixture on top of the grape salad.
  4. Refrigerate several hours, or overnight before serving
